Feeling stuck in your current training cycle? Do you need something that will actually challenge you, instead of allowing you to walk through the motions? Sadie’s Hybrid Athlete Training + Nutrition Program will take you to the next step of your fitness journey. Sadie, a powerful hybrid athlete herself, will design you a personalized program, along with personalized nutrition. Programming will be based on your individual goals, and yes…. There will be goals that will be met. Start thinking: What’s your end of 2024 fitness goal? 

Training - Programming will be based on your availability to equipment, time, and current fitness goals. Future Hybrid Athletes MUST have access to basic strength training equipment (barbell, dumbbell, bands), treadmills and/or outdoor space for sprint/distance training, and a desire to be challenged. From agility to power to  increasing cardiovascular endurance, Sadie’s Hybrid Athlete Training + Nutrition Program will force you to leave it all out on the floor Every. Single. Day.

Nutrition - The first step will include a deep dive into your current dietary intake, a discussion of your health and wellness goals, and an individualized step-by-step guideline to reach your goals. Coach Sadie Meyer, MS, RDN, CPT received her master’s degree in nutrition science from the University of Cincinnati, and has worked with over 1000 clients to build a better relationship with food and overall wellness. Upon joining, you will receive personalized nutrition coaching (including meal plan design and assistance), weekly check-ins, 24-hour response time guaranteed, weekly educational handouts on all things nutrition, and more! Examples of nutrition education topics include: how to track macronutrients, integrating more micronutrients into your current diet, water consumption goals, sports nutrition, and more!

Check-ins will happen weekly via Zoom. Additionally, we will hold a weekly educational seminar for current athletes where we will discuss different educational topics regarding training, nutrition, mental health, and more.  All seminars are recorded and added to library for athlete’s referral.
