After joining you will receive a personalized nutrition/macro program on a monthly basis. You’ll have a weekly check-in with Coach Anika as well as 24 hour access to her with any questions or concerns. You’ll also receive recipes, educational emails, and some extra tips weekly! 

Anika has a degree in Health Education and Promotion with a focus in Exercise Science from Oklahoma State, and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Group Exercise Instructor! She has worked with hundreds of clients and can’t wait to work with you!
