Warm up 

  • Treadmill 5-10 minutes 
  • Band dislocates 2x10
  • Bodyweight squats 2x10
  • World’s greatest stretch 2x5ea leg

Circuit Workout: Complete 4-5 rounds through, rest for 1-2 minutes in between each round 

  • DB front squats x10 
  • Bent over rows x9
  • DB squat thrusters x8
  • Alt. Bicep curls x7 (each arm)
  • See saw shoulder press x6 (each arm)
  • Push ups x5
  • Sit ups x4
  • V-Ups x3
  • Burpees x2
  • Plank x 1 minute 

Cool Down 

  • Foam Roll
  • Stretch
