Warm-Up Suggestions: 

  • Treadmill (low speed) 
  • Rowing Machine (low speed) 
  • Jump Rope
  • Air Squats 
  • Squat Jumps
  • Bootlegged Squats 

 

Workout: 

4 rounds at your own pace: 

1A. 50 Double-Unders (or Single-Unders)

1B. 10 DB Snatches (Alternating) 

1C. 10 Overhead DB Lunges 

Note: Pick a weight that you can use for both snatches and overhead db lunges.

Cool Down Suggestions: 

  • Treadmill (low speed) 
  • Stretch/Yoga
