Warm-Up Suggestions: 

  • Treadmill (low speed) 
  • Arm Circles 
  • Cat/Cow Stretch 
  • Child's Pose Stretch 

 

Workout: 

Complete 3 rounds as fast as you can: 

  • 10 Burpees 
  • 20 Push-Ups 
  • 30 Ab-Mat or Butterfly Sit-Ups
  • 40 Walking Lunges 

 

Cool Down Suggestions: 

  • Treadmill (low speed) 
  • Stretch/Yoga
