  • Rowing Machine (low speed) 
  • Jump Rope
  • Air Squats 
  • Squat Jumps
  • Bootlegged Squats 

 

Workout: 

30-Minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) 

  • 12 burpees 
  • 10 box jumps 
  • 8 DB snatches 
  • 6 box jumps 
  • 2 burpees 
  • 1:00 rest 

Cool Down Suggestions: 

  • Treadmill (low speed) 
  • Stretch/Yoga
