  • Jump Rope
  • Air Squats 
  • Squat Jumps 
  • Bootlegged Squats 

 

Workout: 

4 rounds at your own pace: 

1A. 15 goblet squats 

1B. 10 push-ups   

1C. 5 pull-ups
