Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast

Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast

  • 1. Warm a large skillet to medium heat.
    2. In one bowl, mix your eggs, milk, cinnamon, 1 packet of Splenda, and 1 tbs vanilla using a fork/whisk.
    3. In a separate bowl, mix your cream cheese, 1 packet of Splenda, 1 tbs of vanilla, and light brown sugar.
    4. Place this bowl in microwave for 10-15 seconds. Then, stir.
    5. After your skillet is warm, spray with nonstick cooking spray.
    6. Place 1 slice of bread into egg mixture bowl. Immediately flip to coat other side. Do not let your slice sit for too long, or it will become soggy.
    7. Place bread on heat, and let it cook for 3 minutes per side.
    8. Once slice is golden brown, place on plate.
    9. Add 1/3 of your cream cheese mixture directly to warm slice. Spread completely.
    10. Cut strawberries to desired size. Place strawberries onto spread until completely covered.
    11. Repeat this process until all of your slices are gone!
