Ingredients

Recipe

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend Oreos until they look like crumbs. It's okay if there are bigger pieces, but for the most part, we want them all crushed up.
  2. In a large bowl, add cream cheese, ground cinnamon, cream of tartar, and baking Splenda. Mix.
  3. After all of the Oreos have been crushed, add to large bowl mixture. Mix until consistency is "dough-like" - you don't want random balls of dried Oreos or random spots of just cream cheese... EW
  4. Grab bite-sized portions from the large bowl and shape into balls. (Enough for 30 balls)
  5. Place balls on cookie sheet.
  6. After all of the balls have been rolled, place in freezer for 60 minutes.
  7. After 60 minutes, melt chocolate + coconut oil (you want to only put in microwave 30 seconds at a time or else it will burn - melt, mix, melt, mix.) The coconut oil helps spread the chocolate more evenly.
  8. Place balls in melted white chocolate and cover entire ball. Use a fork or wooden stick to remove and place back on cookie sheet.
  9. Place in freezer for another 30-60 minutes.
Keep in fridge in freezer gallon bag for freshness.
