Ingredients
- 1.5 packs of Thin Golden Oreos
- 8 oz. of Low-Fat Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cream of tartar
- 3 tbsp baking Splenda
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Your choice of sprinkles!
Recipe
-
In a blender or food processor, blend Oreos until they look like crumbs. It's okay if there are bigger pieces, but for the most part, we want them all crushed up.
-
In a large bowl, add cream cheese, ground cinnamon, cream of tartar, and baking Splenda. Mix.
-
After all of the Oreos have been crushed, add to large bowl mixture. Mix until consistency is "dough-like" - you don't want random balls of dried Oreos or random spots of just cream cheese... EW
-
Grab bite-sized portions from the large bowl and shape into balls. (Enough for 30 balls)
-
Place balls on cookie sheet.
-
After all of the balls have been rolled, place in freezer for 60 minutes.
-
After 60 minutes, melt chocolate + coconut oil (you want to only put in microwave 30 seconds at a time or else it will burn - melt, mix, melt, mix.) The coconut oil helps spread the chocolate more evenly.
-
Place balls in melted white chocolate and cover entire ball. Use a fork or wooden stick to remove and place back on cookie sheet.
-
Place in freezer for another 30-60 minutes.
Keep in fridge in freezer gallon bag for freshness.
