  1. In a blender, add all of the above ingredients (except Reddi Whip)
  2. For a thicker smoothie, only blend for 15-25 seconds. For a smoothie that is more liquid-y, blend for 35-45 seconds.
  3. Add coconut shreds, then enjoy!
