Pina Colada Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 8 oz. Toasted Coconut Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 8 oz. Light Lemonade
- 3 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
- 3-4 cubes of ice
- Sprinkle of vanilla extract
- 4 oz. Vanilla Carbmaster Milk
- Optional: 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder + unsweetened coconut shreds
Recipe
- In a blender, add all of the above ingredients (except Reddi Whip)
- For a thicker smoothie, only blend for 15-25 seconds. For a smoothie that is more liquid-y, blend for 35-45 seconds.
- Add coconut shreds, then enjoy!
