Ingredients

  • 2lbs 90/10 ground beef
  • 10 eggs
  • 8 brioche buns OR wheat bun (for better macros)
  • 16 oz Kroger® Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon OR Turkey Bacon (for better macros)
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped fine
  • 8 slices of cheese (I prefer Swiss, Pepperjack, or Cheddar)
  • 1 jar of sliced pickles (I prefer dill)
  • 2 tbsp ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, red onion, pepper, garlic powder, salt, red pepper flakes, cilantro, and oregano.
  2. After mixed, add two eggs and Worcestershire sauce, then mix more.
  3. Cover and place in refrigerator over night. (If you are running low on time, set in fridge for at least 2 hours.)
  4. Bring a skillet to medium heat (around 7-8 out of 10) or your grill to temp. Simultaneously preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. On a large plate, begin forming balls of the ground beef mixture. Use palms to flatten into patty. Use thumb to make indent in middle of patty. (Should look like a donut, but there's no actual hole)
  6. Place patty on skillet or grill and let cook for 7 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160F.
  7. Flip patty and let cook for another 7 minutes.
  8. In a separate skillet, begin cooking your bacon and eggs. Eggs should be sunny side up!
  9. Place buns on sheet and put in oven for 5-7 minutes for a golden crisp!
  10. After cooking all of the burgers, place bacon, avocado on bun. Add burger, then top with cheese, egg, and pickles. Add your own sauces, and enjoy!
