Egyptian Salad

Serves 5-6

1 head of lettuce
  • 1/3 red onion
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 small cucumbers
  • 1/4 c olives of your choice 
  • 1 bundle of cilantro
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbs black pepper
  • 2 tbs red pepper flakes
  • 3 tbs ground cumin
  • ½ c feta cheese



  1. Wash all vegetables.
  2. Slice onion and place in small bowl to the side.
  3. Pour your lemon juice into small bowl. Mix, then let stand.
  4. In a large salad bowl, add your cut-up lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, cucumbers, and cilantro.
  5. Add your sea salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and cumin to the large bowl.
  6. Sprinkle olive oil and feta over large bowl.
  7. Add onions from small bowl.
  8. Mix and enjoy!
