Ingredients

Fish Taco Ingredients: 

  • 2 small corn tortillas (hard or soft) 
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 turkey sausage links
  • 1/8 c shredded cheese

Toppings: 

  • 1/2 avocado
  • Pico de gallo 
  • 1/8c diced red onion 
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro 
  • 1 lime wedge
    Recipe
    1. Scramble eggs with cheese and follow turkey sausage instructions. 
    2. Once cooked, place 1 turkey sausage and scrambled eggs into shell. 
    3. Choose your toppings and load into shell. 
    4. Enjoy!
