Ingredients
Fish Taco Ingredients:
- 2 small corn tortillas (hard or soft)
- 2 eggs
- 2 turkey sausage links
- 1/8 c shredded cheese
Toppings:
- 1/2 avocado
- Pico de gallo
- 1/8c diced red onion
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 lime wedge
- Scramble eggs with cheese and follow turkey sausage instructions.
- Once cooked, place 1 turkey sausage and scrambled eggs into shell.
- Choose your toppings and load into shell.
- Enjoy!
