Warm-Up
  • Band pull aparts 2x10
  • Band shoulder dislocates 2x10 
  • Band external rotations 2x10 each arm 
  • Push ups 2x10

WORKOUT

  • Bench press 3 sets of 8 @ 75% 
  • Shoulder press 3 sets of 8-12 reps, take 1-2 sets to work up to working weight
  • Lateral raises 3 sets of 15 reps with 1 second pause at the top 
  • Seated face pulls 3x15
  • Skullcrushers 3x12 

Cool-Down

  • Stretch 
  • Easy cardio
