  • Bodyweight squats
  • Side lunges
  • 90/90’s
  • Hip circles
WORKOUT
  • Back squats 3x6 @ 75% (1-3 warm up sets working up to working weight) 
  • Leg press narrow stance 4 sets of 10-12 HEAVY! 
  • Walking lunges 3x10 each leg 
  • Heel elevated goblet squats 3x12 HEAVY!
  • Leg extensions x work up to top set of 10 (should be about 5-6 sets)
Burnout: 
  • Bw walking lunges x100
