- Bodyweight squats
- Side lunges
- 90/90’s
- Hip circles
- Back squats 3x6 @ 75% (1-3 warm up sets working up to working weight)
- Leg press narrow stance 4 sets of 10-12 HEAVY!
- Walking lunges 3x10 each leg
- Heel elevated goblet squats 3x12 HEAVY!
- Leg extensions x work up to top set of 10 (should be about 5-6 sets)
- Bw walking lunges x100
