Complete 4 rounds as quickly as possible: 

  1. 12 Alternating DB Snatch (50#/35#) 
  2. 4 Wall-Walks 
  3. 50 Double-Unders (Or Single-Unders) 
  4. 16 Overhead DB Lunges (50#/35#)
