Pesto Pasta with Shrimp

Pesto Pasta with Shrimp

Serves 6-8

  • 1 box-gluten- free rotini pasta
  • 1/4 c Parmesan cheese
  • 10 oz. basil pesto
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 3 T. minced garlic
  • 3 T. dried oregano
  • 1/4 red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil


  1. Bring 1 quart water to boil. Follow pasta box directions.
  2. While your pasta is cooking, place frozen shrimp in glass cookware for oven.
  3. Add minced garlic, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to shrimp.
  4. Cook shrimp at 415F for 30 minutes or until done.
  5. Drain pasta from water and add to separate, large dish.
  6. Add shrimp, basil pesto, olive oil, parmesan, and fresh basil.
  7. Mix, then enjoy!
