Ingredients

8 oz. 93/7 ground beef

2 hard-shell corn tortillas

Sprinkle of ground pepper
-
2 tbsp taco seasoning
-
Sprinkle of red pepper
-
Sprinkle of salt
-
1 tsp dried cilantro
-
30g Mexican cheese
-
Your Choice of Salsa!

Optional: jalapenos
Recipe
- Grab a skillet, and place on medium to high heat.

After skillet is hot, place ground beef.

Add ground pepper, taco seasoning, red pepper, dried cilantro and salt.

Let cook until brown/fully cooked.

Add 4 oz. ground beef to each hard-shell corn tortillas, then add 15g cheese.

Add jalapenos for spice, and enjoy!
