  • 8 oz. 93/7 ground beef
  • 2 hard-shell corn tortillas
  • Sprinkle of ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • Sprinkle of red pepper
  • Sprinkle of salt
  • 1 tsp dried cilantro
  • 30g Mexican cheese
  • Your Choice of Salsa!
  • Optional: jalapenos


  1. Grab a skillet, and place on medium to high heat.
  2. After skillet is hot, place ground beef.
  3. Add ground pepper, taco seasoning, red pepper, dried cilantro and salt.
  4. Let cook until brown/fully cooked.
  5. Add 4 oz. ground beef to each hard-shell corn tortillas, then add 15g cheese.
  6. Add jalapenos for spice, and enjoy!
