Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Serves 10-12

  • 3lbs fresh brussel sprouts
  • 1/4 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 1/2 c balsamic vinegar
  • 3 T. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. ground pepper



  1. Pre-heat oven to 415F.
  2. Begin cutting your brussel sprouts in halves and place into large bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and ground pepper to bowl, then mix.
  4. Once each brussel sprout has been evenly coated, place brussel sprouts on baking sheet and spread evenly.
  5. After oven has reaches a temperature of 415F, place sheet inside.
  6. Let cook for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Once done, take out of oven, and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Add balsamic vinegar over brussel sprouts.
  9. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and ground pepper (both optional), and enjoy!
